About Kevin McQuade

I grew up in Lowell, Massachusetts, but North Andover has been my home for the past seventeen years. I bring a diverse work background to my practice of law. After serving four years in the United States Navy, I worked as a journalist, a land surveyor and a high school English teacher. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in English and my Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. After eight years of teaching I decided to return to school for a law degree. I received my Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, Massachusetts.

I am a former Partner of the law firm McQuade O’Donohue, LLC, located in Andover, Massachusetts. While at McQuade O’Donohue, I provided legal representation and counsel to clients in Employment Law, Unemployment Law, Social Security Disability Benefits Law, Probate Administration, Estate Planning, and Small Business Law. I oversaw and managed the firm’s probate administration, litigation, and administrative agency work.

I believe that most legal issues can be resolved before a complaint must be filed in a court. In an effort to keep your legal expenses as low as possible, I vow to work with you to resolve situations in the most expedient and cost-effective manner.
